The company said that producing direct mail to the standard "will ensure minimal wastage of paper and other materials".
It also means that no excessive finishes have been used and that ink coverage is kept to a certain level.
Marketing director of the London-based company, Simon Gray, said: "We strove to achieve PAS 2020 to demonstrate to our clients that we continue to provide the best possible service and ensure that their direct marketing campaigns are not only at the forefront of communication returning huge ROI, but also as environmentally conscious as possible."
In October, the company also achieved ISO 14001 and quality standard ISO 9001.
Cross Media was started up in January this year and offers print, direct mail and digital services.
