The complaint is about anti-dumping duties that the US applies on Chinese paper imports, according to Business Week.
It is five years since China filed a WTO complaint against the US. The latest comes after a series of US trade complaints against China – there have been four since 2006.
Since 30 May, the US has imposed penalty tariffs on imports of glossy paper from China, alleging improper government subsidies. The White House began investigating Chinese paper imports last year after a complaint by NewPage Corp.
