The document management firm, which secured new contracts with councils throughout 2007, experienced a 35% jump over last year's figures.
CFH managing director Dave Broadway said: "This has, without a doubt, been our most active and successful main billing period, with CFH carrying out 13% of all local authority main billing produced in England and Wales this year."
During the company's main billing period, CFH sends out a variety of documents including NNDR bills (National Non-Domestic Rates), exemption notices as well as rent statements and council tax benefit letters.
In 2007, the firm invested in a raft of new kit, which included a Pitney Bowes Olympus II Multi-tier Mailsorter, two Duplo system 5000 bookletmakers, and a Xerox iGen3 digital press.
