"We’re absolutely over the moon," said Buxton chairman and chief executive Bernard Galloway.
One of the night’s other big winners was First 4 Print Finishing, which was named SME of the Year for an unprecedented second year running.
"I’ll be honest, we’re absolutely delighted and shocked – we couldn’t have done it without the support of our staff and very loyal customer base. It’s was a shock last year to win and winning again this year was just incredible," said First 4 managing director David Nestor.
However, in terms of the biggest trophy hauls, Park Communications and Pureprint Group topped the rankings, both scoring impressive doubles with the former securing Environmental Company of the Year and Customer Service Team of the Year and the latter Fine Art Printer of the Year and Brochure Printer of the Year.
More than 900 industry luminaries attended the glittering event at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, which was hosted by top comedian Fred MacAulay. As part of the celebrations, The Printing Charity raised over £6,400 in its annual prize draw.
