After being named the awards’ UK winner of businesses with a turnover of €26m to €150m at an event held in January, the Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based firm is now competing in a public vote to be named ‘European Public Champion’ in the final stages of the competition, set to take place in Warsaw, Poland next month.
The £27m-turnover business has created a video that demonstrates its operations in the hope it will engage with people from across the globe. Last year the public vote generated almost 250,000 votes.
Bluetree Group managing director Adam Carnell said: “We’re absolutely delighted and honoured to have been named as one of the UK’s top companies.
“For us to have been recognised alongside such respected companies is a testament to the hard work put in by all 278 of our team members, without whom none of this would have been possible.
“We’re all looking forward to the next stage now and are very excited about heading to Warsaw for the European finals.”
The European Business Awards is now in its 11th year and its primary purpose is to support the development of a stronger and more successful business community throughout Europe.
