The Nottinghamshire-based company has cut the time involved in paper handling and boosted efficiency with the Friedheim-supplied machine.
The Baumann machine replaces an ageing pile turnover at the £1.1m-turnover business and comes on the back of a £750,000 spend on a Ryobi 925 press with coater last year.
In conjunction with the Ryobi, managing director John Bayliss said the company has expanded markets such as magazine and book work.
"The last pile turner was a reliable model but the move to Ryobi 925 meant we needed to invest and the Baumann has been going very well," he added.
Going forward in 2012, Bayliss said the business was "comfortable" but aimed to keep sales stable, although wouldn't rule out further investments in the future.
