It is the Nottinghamshire-based company's sole press, and replaces a Heidelberg SM 52 two-colour press and a Komori Lithrone 526.
John Bayliss, managing director of the 12-staff company, said: "We found we were doing a lot more magazine and book work, and so we decided to make the Ryobi investment.
"It has larger format capabilities that lend itself well, and it is also much better for brochure printing."
The £750,000 investment also included a Screen 8300 fully automated CTP system.
Bayliss Printing Company has a turnover of £1.1m and specialises in colour leaflets, CD packaging and general printing.
Bayliss said: "As a company, we have been growing steadily for the past six years, and have increased our turnover threefold in the past year."
