Burch, star of the BBC business show All Over The Shop, will provide guidance to delegates on how to become more successful.
Tony Honnor, associate director of the BAPC, said: "We are delighted that Geoff has agreed to speak at our conference this year.
"We have a reputation for having powerful speakers and I believe that Geoff will take us to a new level – he is not to be missed."
John Charnock, managing director of Print Research International, will also be speaking at the event and will give printers an insight into the current state of the market and which technology is going to have an impact.
BAPC chairman Sidney Bobb said: "We've got a whole variety of speakers lined up both from inside and outside the industry.
"We've got a supplier to give his view on what printers should be doing in order to thrive and survive, and we’ve got a printer who will be talking about what suppliers should be doing to help their print customers to develop added-value services."
Other key speakers at the event include the Evening Standard business and financial commentator Anthony Hilton, plus former chief marketing officer and vice president of Eastman Kodak, Jeff Hayzlett.
The BAPC's 2010 conference will take place over the weekend of the 5 November and will be held at the Marriott hotel in Waltham Abbey, Hertfordshire.
