The paper manufacturer said the price hikes would be effective for European deliveries as of 15 March.
According to the company, 8% is the minimum figure by which the products' price will be increased.
In a statement, Arjowiggins Graphic said a "strong and continuous increase in pulp prices" was the reason behind the rises. It also cited a sharp increase in transportation and energy costs.
In the past few weeks, several paper manufacturers have announced plans to increase their paper prices, blaming a severe upward pressure on pulp prices, volume declines and ongoing overcapacity in the marketplace.
In addition, many merchants faced losses incurred by European mills when the pound weakened against the euro.
The latest round of paper price rises from merchants follows earlier price increases announced before Christmas which have already been made in the UK.
