Heidelberg's Namrta Dhar bags best manager award.Pankaj Kalra in a new role at Xerox.EskoArtwork expands manpower.

Namrta Dhar, national marketing manager at Heidelberg India was awarded the  Outstanding Woman Manager of the Year 2010 by Madras Management Association on 8 March 2010 in Chennai.

The prestigious award which is a first time for the printing industry, boasts of top corporate luminaries across industries as their earlier winners.

It is a victory to the domain (printing) that I work in and I am thrilled in being able to create awareness to the rest of the industries on the kind of work and talent available in the oft undermined printing sector, said a visibly elated Dhar.


Pankaj Kalra, after five years in a product marketing role in production systems group at Xerox India, has moved into a new assignment. Kalra has been named the general manager – industry marketing and business development in the newly created position at Xerox India.

I’m excited about the new role, said Kalra. It will keep me on the forefront of activities involving business development and focussing on high growth verticals like Photo printing, publishing and packaging. We are looking into the future as we continue to build upon Xerox’s position as the leaders in the print industry.

Kalra’s new role will entail him to deep dive into customer’s businesses, understand the real business challenges and work along with customers to create success stories. This will help strengthen Xerox’s customer base and expand business opportunity. He will continue to report to Vipin Tuteja, executive director, marketing, business support and Iinternational business, Xerox India.

Pankaj Kalra brings excellent customer relations and marketing skills to his new assignment where he will have significant responsibility in guiding the company’s business, products and marketing strategy to enhance Xerox’s performance and growth, said Tuteja.


EskoArtwork, a solution provider for the packaging industry has bolstered its manpower by appointing Tushar Pandey as sales account manager and Srinivasan Nachiappan as QA manager.

Pandey holds a diploma in printing and technology and business management from Mumbai. He has experience in the packaging and printing industry besides being active in the sales and technical support department since last nine years of the west Indian market.

Nachiappan will take care of the regional circuit and will operate from Bengaluru, where he shall report to Deepak Bhaskara, delivery manager of GRC India. And Pandey will report to Shrihari Rao, regional sales manager for South Asia.
