The site was severally damaged after the fire started when a t-shirt accidentally became caught in a dryer.
It took seven fire engines from Leicestershire Fire and Rescue, Nuneaton and Atherstone more than 24 hours to put out the blaze, after they were called out on 17 November at 11:25am.
Adder Screen Print's managing director Stuart Potts said the business was open again on the 18 November and the company was able to get a job out that day.
He said: "No one was injured in the fire, and we succeeded in containing it to the warehouse once it had started.
"There has been a great continuity of work here and we would like to thanks our customers and staff for their support at this time."
He added that there had been some damage to one of the company's presses, but said that one machine was already running and the other will start again next week, with full production resuming shortly.
The screen printer does work for low volume orders for schools and clubs and large projects for blue chip companies.
