I first met Peter Andreou six years ago at a Polestar bash. Barry Hibbert introduced him, and described him as "a future chief executive of Polestar". Intriguing, no?

This is the sort of snippet that I tend to squirrel away in one of the many pockets of my print anorak. One never knows when such things will come in handy.

So. Polestar's revolving door continues to rotate. And in the context of an ambitious, capable bloke like Peter, who left the group for pastures new in 2009 but has now returned to do a job that appears to be not a million miles away from what he was doing previously, I can't help wondering what his next move will be.
