New features in Version 8.5, which was launched last month, include Calendar View, which enables production jobs to be viewed on a calendar and arranged via drag and drop technology.
This includes ‘day view’ and ‘month view’ options, making it easier for users to keep track of their projects.
DecoNetwork has also now made it possible to have multiple contacts within a company listed, meaning account statements and bills can be sent to the company instead of individual contacts.
This feature helps users streamline communications with all contacts from within the same company and assign roles.
“The flexibility with roles allows you to more easily work with your business-to-business customers and easily stay in touch with them,” said DecoNetwork systems administrator Cristofer Cruz.
Furthermore, DecoNetwork now integrates with ShipStation e-commerce shipping software to pass order information and automatically mark orders as shipped when completed in ShipStation.
For users wanting to remove pricing from their front-end website altogether, Version 8.5 offers the ability to change a web store to use new Quote Mode, which takes customer concepts from the designer and submits them as quote requests in Business Hub.
Quote requests are then priced and sent out for approval by the customer, and once approval is granted the quote can be converted into an order and payment managed from inside Business Hub.
Another new feature allows users to display the lowest possible blank product price by including all applicable volume discounts and decoration price tables. This enables users to communicate a more accurate price to their customers and become more competitive.
Finally, DecoNetwork’s Website Builder has also been further updated and enables users to easily build a mobile-friendly website integrated with supplier products, custom price tables, the online designer, and more, all with drag and drop widgets.
DecoNetwork 8.5 is available via a range of pricing models. There is a one-time license fee, which includes the first month, of £999 for Standard, £1,499 for Premium and £3,999 for Enterprise. The Standard model then costs £99 per month, while Premium costs £199 per month and Enterprise is £399 per month.
