Administrators at Spirit Label Solutions, the Glasgow whisky label specialist, have revealed that the company owed more than £4m to creditors when it entered administration on 8 November.

TJ Books has bought Charlesworth’s business and assets from the company’s administrators in a pre-pack deal and has TUPE’d over its 60 staff.

Folio Print Finishing has been sold in a pre-pack deal to a second company owned by its directors, David Robshaw and Andrew Bird, after two major customers entered insolvency.
