The paper and materials merchant said eTEC ACM has been produced “to the highest standards and tightest tolerances for best in class, uncompromised quality”.
eTEC ACM is available from Premier in standard sheet sizes of 1,220x2,440mm and 1,500x3,050mm, across a choice of three grades.
Premier described the material as “a great value-oriented option [that] combines a matt white digital paint surface for excellent ink adhesion and colour reproduction, with an off-white primer reverse for superior stability and improved appearance compared to standard mill finishes”.
eTEC ACM 2D embraces the same properties as the 1D version, but as a two-sided product. The material is available in a choice of high-quality matt and gloss white digital paint surfaces and is suitable for a range of end uses and applications. Both the 1D and 2D grades can withstand finishing processes such as drilling, sawing, cutting, and routing.
Finally, eTEC ACM 3D is the most premium product within the range and is available in a range of colours including a standard white digital paint, a deep jet black with high gloss and smooth matt finish, or a textured brushed silver with primer reverse for the production of displays, signage, and more.
In addition to adhering to the standard drilling, sawing, cutting, and routing, eTEC ACM 3D’s 0.3mm skins allow it to be v-cut and folded with no paint cracking. 3D elevates the possibilities capable beyond typical aluminum paneling “without wavering on quality and value”.
Steve Jones, display sheets and thermoplastics director at Premier, said: “Premier Display Graphics has consistently grown in reputation as a first-class supplier to the signage and display market, backed up by a service that is second to none, and a fantastic range of high-quality products.
“By adding eTEC ACM, our own branded range of aluminium composite sheets, we have further enhanced that quality offering to market.”
The full eTEC ACM range is now available throughout the UK from Premier’s network of stockholding branches.
Premier Paper Group recorded a turnover of £187m in 2021 and is part of OVOL Japan Pulp & Paper. The business has also just become a stockist for Drytac’s wide-format materials, and recently opened a new stock holding branch in Wellingborough.
