K&B has created a new 3,000sqm ‘Customer Experience Centre’ at its Radebeul base.
Sheetfed segment director Ralf Sammeck said: “We want to be your first choice, not only for printing presses but also for post-press.”
The group will be inviting customers to visit the new centre as the Covid-19 travel situation makes that possible.
New product launches to be revealed over the next ten days include “brand new” Rapida 76, 106 and 145 sheetfed presses.
Post-press innovations include a flatbed die-cutter, the CutPro 106, and the Rapida RDC 106 rotary die cutter with inline blanking, billed as the fastest on the market.
Commenting on the Covid-19 situation and Drupa 2021, CEO Claus Bolza-Schünemann said: "Covid-19 will change not only fairs... but I'm a firm believer that the personal contact between people, between customers and suppliers is absolutely essential. Besides digital we all need physical things in the world."
The manufacturer's 'virtual trade fair' runs on weekdays from 16-25 June.
