PrintWeek Mobile Beta

Why do my articles look different?

Our system recognised you were using a mobile device and presented you with articles in a mobile friendly format. It's part of a major project we're working on to overhaul how our content is best presented to readers depending on how they are accessing it using responsive design. Any iOS or Android device should now display all our content, including galleries, videos and other multimedia content, in a more reader friendly way.

What about the rest of the site, the homepage still looks like the old version?

We are working on it. We wanted to release some support for mobile browsing as quickly as possible and we know that on mobile devices the most common place a reader starts is at an article page, often because someone has shared a link via social media, for example. We are looking to launch a fully mobile-optimised site over the next few months.

Is there a tablet version?

Not at the moment but, again, we're working on it. In the meantime you should be able enjoy the full site when using a tablet device.

I prefer the desktop version, can I switch back?

Yes. At the bottom of each page there is a button where you can switch to Desktop View. When you are accessing the full site in Desktop View the button is replaced with one marked Mobile View if you want to switch back.

Can I send you some feedback?

Absolutely, we would love to hear what you think. This project is based on delivering a better experience for our readers, so please let us know what you do and don’t like. Email us at help@printweek.com.
