To become marketing companies and not just printers. Don’t just print for your customers; get fully involved in what they need to achieve.

The continuing decline in the volume of print.
What’s the one thing that the industry should do more of, or do better, in 2013?
Tell the world that printing on paper is not a bad thing! It’s a renewable crop and we seem to have failed to get message across!
What was your highlight of 2012?
Morgana’s sales at Graph Expo in Chicago. Proving good marketing overcomes lack of confidence.
What are your hopes for 2013?
Printers will regain the confidence to invest.
What was the most important thing that you learnt in 2012?
Stop expecting things to get better.
What will you do differently in 2013?
Nothing. Just more of the same. Increase marketing activity enter new export markets in Asia and Latin America.
