The X-Book is a hybrid, comprising elements of the Roby Junior case-maker, the X-Case casing-in machine, the Special 85 book press and Cimatic joint forming device.

Zechini’s new launch can also be integrated with other finishing kit to add extras such as embossing. It can run at speeds of 200-250 books per hour, depending on the speed of the operator. It is able to handle book sizes up to 500x460mm.
 
The Roby Junior is a case-maker for the production of hard cover books up to extra-large sizes. It includes a gluer with cold or hot glue, an automatic board feeder and a turning-in station.
