Unite's regional organiser Alison Jones described the result as an "overwhelming mandate for collective bargaining at the company".
She added that the move "clearly demonstrates that Unite members want an active union in their workplace and a voice at work".
The newspaper printer's Worcester site is another string to Unite's Newsquest bow, which already includes newspaper plants in Newcastle, Bolton and Glasgow.
Steve Sibbald, national officer at Unite, told printweek.com the result from Worcester would only help to improve and develop "a mutually beneficial relationship" with the company and its employees.
He added: "We want to see a better exchange of information between company and staff and it's something I'm sure we'll see from the off."
Newsquest operates 11 newspaper printing sites and produces nearly 300 weekly newspapers and 17 dailies, including The Bolton News, the Oxford Mail and the Southern Daily Echo.
Unite claims another Newsquest success
Unite has announced that production workers at the Newsquest's Worcester site have voted unanimously in favour of union recognition in a recent ballot conducted by the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS).
