The magazine ran a story on its website on Tuesday (27 September) regarding the latest plans to close the Basingstoke plant.
It stated workers would be striking again today (30 September) from 4.30-8.30pm and called for "the biggest turnout possible".
The call falls on the same day that a 30-day consultation over the plant's closure comes to an end, sparking some to claim that Wyndeham could close the plant rather than face the large-scale disruption.
Unite national officer Steve Sibbald dismissed the claim. He said: "They have had people standing outside the front of the plant for the past 20 weeks, if they were going to close it down they would have done that already. So I don't think it will change anything.
"The Socialist Worker is saying they are watching Wyndeham and that they may appear at [the company's] other sites across the country, that is all.
"I would back the call, though. Members at the site have been treated badly throughout all of this and showing that there is support for union members from elsewhere is the right thing to do."
Employees began walk-outs at the plant in May after changes to pay, agreed to 18 months previously, were not reversed.
At the beginning of the month, a decision was taken to stage a protest over the proposed closure of the plant alongside the strikes.
