The Challenger finishing system and the Docu-pack finishing system are now available from the Liechtenstein-manufacturer.
The Challenger system, which is designed for the finishing of web-printed magazines, catalogues, books and newspapers, can handle up to seven webs in one pass. It offers inkjet, personalisation and card and label application. Sheets are then passed into the folding unit, perfect-binding unit or down-stream finishing unit.
James Thomas, UK sales manager at WRH Marketing, said: "Challenger provides an off-line finishing system that is compact, highly efficient and fast.
"It offers a unique method of taking products that have been printed reel-to-reel and converting them into finished items. Operations can include perforating, gluing, punching and varnishing."
The Docu-Pack provides die-cutting, perforating, creasing, label applications and laminating options.
It can handle stock from 140x180mm to 360x520mm and 50gsm to 0.4mm thick.
