The Basingstoke firm, which was previously known as Turnergraphic, printed the 25,000-run magazine sheetfed on its MAN Roland and Heidelberg presses.
The 44pp magazine will be mailed out to politicians, academics, journalists, think tank members and leading opinion-makers in the UK and overseas.
Ethos is the journal for international service company Serco, and it will be published three times a year.
