TPF duo revealed as DSR directors amid Printhaus bid rumours

Two directors of TPF Group have been revealed as directors at Northampton-based print manager DSR Group while speculation of a TPF bid for Printhaus mounts.

DSR Group was created by former DSR Print Management directors Michael Naylor, Stephen Beesley and Andre Kofman, following the latter's fall into administration last October.

The new company then bought the business and assets of DSR Print Management from administrators BDO Stoy Hayward with the backing of a private investor understood to be TPF Group chief executive Steve Brundle.

At the time, TPF Group declined to comment on Brundle's involvement in DSR Group, however, it is listed on Companies House that both Brundle and TPF Group financial director Michael Kenny were appointed directors of DSR Group on 24 October.

When contacted by PrintWeek, TPF Group refused to comment on whether TPF had acquired DSR Group. Meanwhile, DSR Group directors Naylor and Beesley were unavailable for comment.

TPF also declined to comment on speculation that it was in talks to acquire commercial printer Printhaus, with which it has neighbouring sites in Northampton.
