ETrak is a multi-carrier e-commerce delivery service that was built to simplify the process of international shipping for online retailers.
With five UK service centres, 500 staff, and over 160 vehicles, The Delivery Group provides international and domestic untracked, tracked, and express e-commerce services, from collection through to final mile delivery.
ETrak offers a single label, route-optimised, cross-border shipping service that is designed with the end-user in mind. Customers can access real-time tracking information on shipments and produce detailed reports, all through a single cloud-based platform.
ETrak integrates with existing warehouse management software such as Linnworks, Metapack, Mintsoft, and Despatch Cloud among others. It also offers a full range of IOSS, Delivered Duty Paid, and Delivered Duty Unpaid international delivery services to more than 220 countries worldwide, with the extra assurances of Denied Parties and Prohibited Goods screening too.
The Delivery Group’s acquisition of the business was completed last Thursday (4 November).
The Delivery Group CEO Steve Stokes said: “The acquisition of ETrak is testament to our ongoing investment in technology driven solutions, and our commitment to provide best in class service and products for our e-commerce customers and retailers.
“ETrak allows our clients to access fully compliant international delivery solutions in a rapidly changing market, offering delivery reliability at cost effective prices.”
Mark Calladine, group e-commerce and international director at The Delivery Group, added: “We have had great success this year in partnering with existing and new clients to reopen their EU sales channels, offering support in obtaining IOSS registration and guiding them through the transition of Brexit.
“ETrak allows us to continue to develop our international services with the consumer experience in mind – helping online retailers overcome the challenges of international shipping and maximise sales. We are truly excited to offer ETrak to our clients and work in collaboration with them to develop our technology further.”
With a turnover of over £250m and employing 500 staff, The Delivery Group operates from four highly automated facilities in Warrington, Luton, Bristol, and Maidstone, with an additional central London satellite in Bermondsey. It runs a range of technology for sortation and offers some hybrid printing services.
In 2019 the company acquired then-£100m turnover business Onepost.
