Meadows takes on the role of publishing services director while Ali will carry out the duties of business development director.
The Charlesworth Group, which employs about 100 staff in the UK, has also appointed Philippa Benson to its US office as director of strategic and business development.

In addition to its presence in the UK and the US, the group employs more than 200 staff at its wholly owned subsidiary, Charlesworth China.
Earlier this month, the sheet-fed litho and digital printer became FSC- and PEFC-accredited following the installation of a processless CTP system – an Agfa Avalon N8 thermal B1 platesetter.
