Vios management is engaged in ongoing talks over the proposal for Scitex and BT to sell the data transfer and graphic arts ASP to its management team.
It expects to release further details of its plans within the next few weeks.
Scitex revealed that it wished to divest its stakes in the Vio and Karat joint ventures when it announced its year 2000 results (PrintWeek, 2 March).
