The latest release of the company's Label Traxx MIS features a new digital file planner that Tailored Solutions said could offer dramatic time savings.
The tool allows multiple jobs to be ganged automatically into files or plates for digital and litho presses, which the pre-press operator can then fine-tune by hand.
According to the company, the software will minimise splicing and the number of overs produced, while cutting out a potential pre-press bottleneck in the workflow.
Sales manager Dorothy Asboth said: "Our tests indicate a time reduction of up to 90% can be achieved."
