Text and covers for the perfect-bound monthly title will roll off a new 72pp MAN Roland Lithoman web press at the firm's factory in Roche near St Austell. Mailing will be handled by Roche's sister plant South West Mailing.
Web division sales executive Daniel Hilton said flexibility gave his firm the edge in a competitive pitch against Wyndeham Heron and Southernprint.
The 196pp magazine has features on interiors, gardens and furniture and the first issue with embossed cover went on sale last week.
The launch formed Channel 4's first move into the magazine market under the 4 brand. It teamed up with publisher and event organiser Media 10, which is supplying paper for the 285x230mm home title.
