At least 50 jobs could be lost with the closure of Leeds-based commercial print operation Speedprint.
The companys Irish parent Oakhill Group announced the closure after it conducted an overall review of the commercial print sector.
"We have two duplicate sites in Leeds in Speedprint and Top Copy. The decision was made to move these into one and transfer the commercial element into our Hythe Offset plant," said Oakhill Group commercial division managing director Kevin Creehan.
He said around 14 sales staff would move to the Top Copy site in Leeds. Most of the 50 jobs at risk are in print finishing.
Staff there have been offered the option to transfer to Colchester-based Hythe Offset.
