The group comprises St Michael's Press, Campaign Posters, SMP Screen, SMP Highlight and SMP Digital.
SMP Screen managing director Jonathan Oppenheimer said: "As we acquired companies we deliberately kept the names separate to show that we were specialists in those fields. But our customers know that now."
He added that the restructuring would mean less inter-company paperwork, which would benefit clients.
The SMP Group is currently moving equipment into its Woolwich site, which will house B1 and B2 litho presses along with digital, and screen equipment.
SMPs outdoor poster division will operate from the current St Michael's Press factory.
