The award is given for continuous improvement, such as creating more economic services and improving products for the Post Office. Eddie Jarman, client manager at the Post Office, said Smith & Ouzman always provided excellent service.
"They achieve their deadlines consistently and keep in regular contact with us, ensuring continuous feedback," he added.
Smith & Ouzman has held a contract with the Post Office since 1993, which has been re-awarded twice.
It produces more than 30m documents a year for the Post Office, including cheques and security print.
