The three-year extension to its contract with Britains Yell is for 29m directories a year until 2009. The 94 titles include the Yellow Pages and Business Pages.
A Yell spokesman said the agreement hinged on RR Donnelleys recent move to a new site in North Yorkshire.
We wanted to see how they performed and what planning and operational benefits the new set up would give us, he said. The work is exemplary.
The US contract is a new five-year deal with Yellow Book, which is part of international directories firm Yell Group.
Over 30m copies a year will include around 240 titles. Yellow Book supplies directories in 38 states and in Washington DC.
