Commercial real estate firm Ryden quickly re-leased Unit 3 Normandy Landings in Castleford, acting on behalf of landlord, The Oddfellows.
The 1,306sqm building features a detached industrial unit with office accommodation and is situated in Wakefield Europort.
The unit, which is additional for Roberts Graphics to provide warehousing for stock, was described by the business as “a strategic choice” as it is located next to the M62, with its positioning “in one of West Yorkshire’s prime distribution locales” enabling the business to offer better service, faster responses, and a broader reach for all of its clients.
Across the road from its existing headquarters, the facility has enabled the business to consolidate its additional external storage needs down to one unit.
Posting on LinkedIn last week, James Roberts, managing director of Roberts Graphics, said: “We had been looking for a unit [for] several months and, fortunate for us, the unit across the road from our main offices and factory became available.
“This was a huge benefit for us as we have been able to consolidate three other factories where we stored equipment. With the new factory [being] so close to our existing site at Normanton Europort, it will help to streamline our whole operation and it’s great for customers to easily be able to see our whole operation.”
Ryden’s Building Consultancy team provided advice on the dilapidations process and the property is managed by Ryden’s Property Management business area.
Ryden’s agency partner in Leeds, Jonathan O’Connor, commented: “We are thrilled to have successfully facilitated this rapid transition for Unit 3 Normandy Landings.
“Once again this transaction showcases our deep understanding of the market dynamics and our commitment to delivering the best results for our clients.”
