The US-based firm has revealed plans to post an online download update within 30 days, which will allow QuarkXPress 7 users to run the page layout application on Windows Vista.
The move follows Extensis’ release of a Vista-compatible version of its Suitcase font management system last month.
Quark said that it expects many other software developers to follow suit in announcing support for the new operating system.
