The investment is part of Polestars group-wide manufacturing improvement programme. Chief executive Barry Hibbert said it was a "logical step" to roll out the same product at all its sites.
The company will install Prism QTMS System 3 at four sites and upgrade six existing user sites that currently have older versions of the product.
QTMS System 3 provides on-the-run feedback on machine and paper performance, including tracking paper usage, ink consumption, waste monitoring and operator feedback.
"We believe that investment in Prism QTMS systems offers a fast payback," added Hibbert.
