The webinar, titled ‘Securing print’s place in the post-lockdown marketing mix’, has been developed to arm printers with some of the tools they need to best understand clients’ requirements and ensure they have the right conversations with the right people.
Speakers will include Tony Anderson, the former marketing director of easyJet and easyGroup, and Tim Pethick, formerly group chief marketing officer at Saga and the AA.
The 45-minute session, which is being produced in association with Canon, will take place on Thursday 13 May at 11am and will feature a live Q&A where the audience can pose their own questions to the panelists.
“As lockdown eases and more clients start to look at ramping up their marketing activity, it’s more important than ever to ensure that we best understand our clients’ needs,” said Printweek editor and webinar host Darryl Danielli.
“The idea is that this webinar will help give delegates insights into how they can make sure that print remains on their marketers’ radars as they start to look at how they can re-engage with their customer bases.”
The webinar will also draw on some of the key findings from Canon’s latest Insight Report, which grilled print buyers, brand owners and agencies on their perception and usage of print.
By using the Insight Report and the real-world experiences of our expert panel, who will be joined by Canon UK’s national sales manager – Professional Print, Wayne Kershaw, the session will look at what keeps marketers awake and how printers can capitalise by alleviating those post-Covid fears.
