Commercial printers Print Direct and Manor Press have merged under one roof at Print Direct's Maidenhead site.
"Both companies appeal to different customers, and it made sense to merge and increase our options," said Print Direct partner Peter Hughes.
Print Direct has also spent 134,000 on a Screen PlateRite 4000 B2+ CTP system, workflow and proofer.
