In a statement the business, a German subsidiary of Japanese company Mitsubishi Paper Mills, said the price adjustments “are necessary to cushion the inflationary cost increases in the chemical, pulp and logistics segments”.
The products affected are Thermoscript, Jetscript, Giroform, Supercote, and Barricote.
The increase follows previous rises in March, July, and September this year.
Mitsubishi said customers will be contacted directly by its sales team.
Around 730 staff work at Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe, producing high-quality direct thermal, inkjet, carbonless, label, and barrier papers for flexible packaging at sites in Bielefeld and Flensburg.
