The five titles – The Observer Magazine and the Observer Monthly Food, Sport, Music and Woman supplements – were previously printed at Quebecor World in Corby.
Polestar Petty in Leeds is printing the monthly magazines, while Varnicoat in Worcestershire is producing The Observer Magazine.
In addition, GNM has also renewed its contract with Polestar to produce its Saturday Guardian Weekend supplement, also for three years. The magazine is printed at Polestar Sheffield.
The contracts had not been up for renewal until the autumn, but after handing Polestar The Observer contract, GNM decided to review and adjust its portfolio.
Bob Steadman, director of production, distribution and sales at GNM, said: "Polestar was an obvious choice when it came to relocating The Observer work in February.
"They have continued to do an excellent job since then and we are very pleased to have formalised these arrangements."
Polestar category director Steve Miles added: "Although our contract for the Guardian Weekend supplement was not due for renewal until the autumn, with The Observer coming on-stream, it made sense to review this at the same time and make any necessary adjustments to ensure we could continue to meet the schedule requirements of all our customers.
"We are delighted to have strengthened our relationship with Guardian Media Group, in particular on their flagship titles."
