The new machine completes "the final piece of the puzzle" within the company's recent expansion that included moving into larger premises.
The printer's foray in the B2 market is part of a £700,000 spend on new kit that included taking delivery of a Screen PlateRite 2055VR in September.
Its new investments are housed in the company's 930sqm Hyde, Cheshire site - a facility which it moved into three months ago giving it five times the space of its previous plant.
Pearson Print signed for the Speedmaster at Heidelberg's recent open house in Tamworth and anticipates the press will significantly boost capacity at the 10-staff printer.
Simon Pearson, managing director of Pearson Print, said: "The press investment is really driven by the demands of our customers. We can now fulfil their B2 requirements and bring most of that work, which we previously outsourced, back in-house."
Pearson expects the company to double its turnover within the year by filling its extra press capacity and expanding into its new site.
He said: "The Speedmaster is the final piece of the puzzle within our current expansion and we will continue to provide a high-quality service."
Pearson Print produces a range of litho print that includes brochures and booklets. It serves a range of agencies, blue-chip customers and counts BMW, Audi and Shell among its client base.
