The machine will process Payne's coated film and security products, as well as self-adhesive films, label stock and other plain films, winding on to both 2in and 3in cores.
Speeds of up to 600m per minute are possible on the machine, which can handle reels at widths up to 1,650mm.
Mark Palmer, Payne Coated Film managing director, said he had chosen the machine for its versatility, speed and reduced lead times.
He added that the machine "is instrumental in our strategy to further develop quality and service across our business".
The Titan features automatic knife-setting and semi-automatic slit reel unloading, as well as digital drives that control tension of the film as it rewinds and a unique thread path roll change set-up.
