According to the company, the machine will allow it to offer an end-to-end personalisation service to its customers from one facility.

Paragon Technical sales and marketing manager Stuart Scott said that since the kit was installed in February, a wide range of mailing applications had been added to the company's arsenal. This has already attracted business from a number of clients including local authorities and the private sector, according to Scott.

He said: "This investment places great emphasis on the commitment we have to the specialist mailing division. This is an integral part of our offering to clients and the introduction of the inserter will allow us to further enhance this offering and deliver greater efficiencies.
