MINC has 80 staff across its Mijdrecht and Apeldoorn sites, adding to the 400 people across six locations that Paragon Netherlands and Belgium employs.
Paragon said the acquisition, which was completed today (3 July), will complement and strengthen its existing e-commerce fulfilment capabilities in the region and support its ambitious growth strategy.
The integration of MINC into its portfolio will broaden the group’s fulfilment offering in the Netherlands and Belgium, allowing its clients to benefit from greater efficiencies and a larger footprint.
Mieke Clark-Marsman, CEO at Paragon Netherlands and Belgium, said: “Paragon’s growth is strong in the Netherlands and Belgium, and we are seeing specific opportunities in the fulfilment market in this region.
“With MINC in our family we will now be able to fulfil our common ambitions and capitalise on these growth opportunities.”
Johan Maring, director at MINC, added: “We have been working strategically with Paragon for some time and it suits us well. Now that we are officially included in the Paragon family, we look forward to expanding our reach and working to professionalise and personalise our services.”
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.Earlier this year, Paragon Group expanded its digital services offering with the acquisition of London-based digital product development agency Reason.
