“We wanted to get greater synergies by connecting our creative, artworking, execution and delivery teams,” said managing director David Finch. “It will drive a better ROI for customers as we will be able to deliver a more joined-up service.”
The 510sqm site houses a core of 60 staff, with most staff deployed at client sites. Recently acquired educational marketing agency Grebot Donnelly remains at its office in Twickenham, west London.
Benefits it had already gained from the integration include the quicker and more efficient deployment of an on-site studio for a pharmaceutical client with further benefits such as additional services arising from more collective thinking.
The group has also set up a new merchandising division headed up by Kim Sullivan, who was previously at HH and Arcadia.
“I am passionate about using my global experience to help clients bring their marketing campaigns to life with innovative, creative and cost effective solutions,” said Sullivan.
Finch added that the firm’s aggressive expansion strategy remained on track with a number of deals in the offing, including acquisitions of complementary marketing services business and new client wins.
