The decline in pricing in some sectors will bottom out and rising demand will lead to higher prices, according to UK Preview 2002/03 from PPL Research.
The fine paper and publication paper sectors are set to benefit from increased advertising and promotional expenditure. But growth will be slower in packaging and boards, although the weakening of sterling against the euro will help to boost demand there.
The report predicts that rising raw material costs will drive paper prices higher .
