Openshaw has extended its range of platesetters by signing up to sell Screens PlateRite range of B2 and B1 thermal machines.
"For the past year weve had a good thermal plate from KPG, but no thermal engine now we have that," said Openshaw director Tony Halker.
The firm is selling the PlateRite 4000 B2 machine, the B1 8000 and high-speed B1 8600 with a choice of Screens TrueFlow workflow or a Harlequin RIP.
"Weve already signed a number of deals," said Screen UK managing director Brian Filler.
The PlateRites complete Openshaws CTP line-up, which also includes visible light machines from HighWater, Agfa and ECRM.
Screen sells both directly and via dealers including Litho Supplies. Dealer sales account for over half the business, as many firms use bundling to finance equipment.
