The device, which will cost around 4,000, will be available in the new year and can be fitted to any Xeikon or Xeikon-based digital colour web ever made, including Agfa, IBM, MAN Roland and Xerox machines.
Time between maintenance is increased by 50% and maintenance time is almost halved, the firm said.
OmniVac is an air-treatment device that works by automatically removing dust from the printing systems corona wires.
Xeikon said the system would pay for itself for an average user in under a year.
