North-west firms land charity work

Four north-west printers have produced work for a new campaign being launched by the Manchester Versus Cancer alliance.

The city’s Christie Hospital, which specialises in cancer treatment, has partnered up with the NHS, local authorities and other supporters to launch the “Don’t be a cancer chancer” campaign using washroom stickers, door drops and leaflets to get its message across.

Stockport-based large-format firm Kingfisher has produced 48-and six-sheet posters for the campaign, while The Studio in Swinton printed door drops, betting slips, posters, tent cards, leaflets and car flyers.

Meanwhile, C3 Imaging in Manchester printed washroom and hairdresser stickers while Hatters in Cheadle produced plastic bags, pens, tissues and toilet rolls bearing the instruction “If you see blood here, see your GP”.
