Firefighters were called to Windles Printers on the Long Crendon Industrial Estate at 2.45am on Thursday morning.
A total of nine crews from nearby Haddenham, Aylesbury, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, Thame and Watlington were sent to the fire.
Buckinghamshire Fire Service said that the number of trucks sent out to the blaze was down to a lack of water in the area.
A spokesman said: "Luckily only around 10% of the ground floor was involved in the fire, thanks to the firefighters. The fire alarm system was activated early on, however there is a lot of smoke logging."
An investigation into the cause of the fire has begun. It is not believed to be arson.
Windles Printers was not available for comment.
